Cancellation Policy
Beauty Marks Luxe Booking Policies Thank you for choosing Beauty Marks Luxe where every service is performed with care, precision, and intention. Please review our studio policies before booking. Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit applied toward your total. Rescheduled appointments must be made within the same calendar month to transfer the deposit. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or marked as no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Reschedules made with proper notice may transfer the deposit once within the same month. Repeated short-notice changes may require full pre-payment to secure future appointments. Payments: Remaining balances are due in full upon arrival, prior to the start of your service. This ensures a smooth and uninterrupted appointment experience. Beauty Marks Luxe is a cash-free studio. We accept Zelle for client convenience. By booking, you authorize Beauty Marks Luxe to charge your card for deposits, balances, and applicable fees per the terms below. Mobile Appointments: Available on select services. A $500 travel add-on applies for on-location sessions within the Greater Houston area. Studio Etiquette: Please arrive on time and alone unless otherwise approved. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in rescheduling and forfeiture of deposit. Mutual Respect Policy: Beauty Marks Luxe is committed to providing a safe, respectful experience for every client. In return, clients are asked to uphold the same respect for the artist’s time and professionalism. All completed services are final.
